Problem

Teams in construction, municipal works, fit-out, landscaping, and highway infrastructure often lose early windows: proposed projects are still in approval, procurement intent has not been announced, and renewal opportunities appear only near contract expiry. Manually checking notices, plans, and industry contacts is hard to keep consistent, so Construction Project Opportunity Radar turns industry, region, and budget filters into scannable, ranked, and reviewable business leads.

How It Works

The skill queries the Zhiliaobiaoxun API and runs three lanes: search_proposed_projects for approval-stage projects, search_bids for pre-bid procurement intent, and search_expiring_projects for renewals within 0-180 days. It then scores and ranks opportunities by amount tier, approval status, and time-to-expiry, attaches next actions, and can generate an HTML report with citation metadata. For ongoing monitoring, the same query can be scheduled as a daily or weekly digest that reports only new items, reducing repetitive noise.

Boundaries

This is an early-opportunity discovery tool, not a bid-decision analyzer or bid writer for published notices. All amounts, dates, and organization names must come from the API; missing data is marked as a gap rather than filled in. A full scan uses about 8-15 credits, while a single lane uses about 2-6. When involving real companies or agencies, it outputs objective data only and avoids qualitative claims such as favoritism or insider dealing.
