About this skill

E-commerce new-product review often stalls in manual spreadsheet checks: off-shelf items, missing daily rows, traffic waste, and under-exposed converters get buried in raw exports. This skill is aimed at a Shengyicanyou 'regular update view' export plus a user-provided product list, producing an auditable monitoring report.

Core capabilities

  • Exception first: flags off-shelf products with all affected dates and latest-day status; detects missing dates and separates intermittent gaps from off-shelf-related gaps.
  • Ops quadrants: labels low-conversion/high-traffic, high-conversion/low-traffic, and healthy growth using cumulative visitor and conversion medians.
  • Focus and Top10: computes 7-day Top10 by visitors, cart adds, conversion, buyers, and payment amount, then links strong-focus items to unranked status.

How it works

  1. preprocess.py validates columns I-AJ and cleans numeric fields.
  2. analyze.py matches product IDs, computes metrics and marks risk signals.
  3. build_report.py renders a Chart.js HTML report.
  4. export_excel.py exports a multi-sheet Excel workbook.

Boundaries

Both the latest export and the current product list must be provided in each run; missing product code, display name, or strong-focus columns cause failure. HTML preview requires network access.

Use Cases

  • Audit Sycm exports for off-shelf and missing-date risks.
  • Flag low-conv/high-traffic and high-conv/low-traffic SKUs.
  • Summarize 7-day Top10 visitors, carts, buyers, and payment.
  • Find strong-focus items not yet ranked for support.

Best For

  • E-commerce ops owners reviewing new-SKU performance.
  • Analysts turning Sycm exports into daily monitoring notes.
  • Category managers reviewing focus items and eliminated SKUs.
  • Data analysts needing clean, consistent e-commerce metrics.
