About this skill
Problem
In administrative workflows, business-trip allowance data often arrives as Excel, CSV, or screenshot tables. Manually preparing per-employee private messages can lead to missing departments, days, or locations, and confusing subtotal columns with total columns. This skill converts an allowance table into a local single-file HTML tool, letting staff copy names and fixed messages from per-person cards instead of repeatedly editing a spreadsheet.
How It Works
- Input handling: Prefers
Excel / CSV; when only images are available, extracts tabular rows from the image. - Field cleaning: Matches actual headers for name, department, trip days, allowance standard, monthly allowance, and location. Multiple rows for the same person are merged; days are separated with “、”, and the last non-empty total column is used for the amount.
- Message pre-generation: The
msgfield is built in Python before embedding, avoiding front-endJSescaping issues with multiline Chinese text, single quotes, and backslashes. - HTML tool: Produces a single-file page with top counters, name or department search, responsive cards, copy-name/copy-message buttons, and a grayed-out completed state.
Boundaries And Notes
Best for relatively stable fields and message-by-message sending. Poor image quality or inconsistent name spelling can cause missed merges. After generation, still verify card count, console errors, and message formatting in a browser.
Use Cases
- Admin has an Excel allowance table and needs a local HTML page to copy each employee's name and fixed message.
- HR only has an allowance-table screenshot and needs extracted rows shown as employee cards with days, standard, and location.
- Admin wants duplicate rows for the same person merged before sending per-employee private messages.
- Operations wants to filter cards by name or department and track which cards have both copy actions completed.
Best For
- Admin specialist who needs to split monthly allowance tables into per-employee messages without missing staff.
- HR operations who receives only allowance screenshots and needs employee cards to check days, locations, and amounts.
- Finance assistant who wants Excel-first extraction, same-name merging, and final total-column selection.
- Contract admin who needs a backend-free single-file HTML tool to copy notifications one employee at a time.
