Core Functionality and How It Works

This skill encapsulates and orchestrates the bidding data API from Shibor Technology, translating natural language queries into structured, executable API calls for multi-dimensional data filtering and retrieval. The core workflow includes:

  1. Interpretation & Conversion: Parses user input to extract key query parameters (region, industry, keywords, time range, amount, entity names, etc.). It can automatically rewrite conversational descriptions into structured search criteria.
  2. Multi-condition Search: Primarily utilizes the searchProjectApi endpoint, which supports combined searches by keyword, region, industry, publication time, amount range, and enterprise name across multiple stages (bidding announcements, award results, contract notices).
  3. Deep Information Retrieval: Based on search results, it can fetch structured detail data (e.g., purchaser, winner, amount, contacts) via getZTBStructreDetail, view the original announcement text via getZTBProjectDetail, or trace back to the source URL using getCollectUrl.
  4. Result Organization: Defaults to returning nationwide data from the past 30 days, presented in a structured table with key fields like project name, purchaser, amount, region, and publication date. For analytical queries, it also provides trend insights and actionable suggestions.

Scope and Important Considerations

  • Data Dependency: All query results are entirely dependent on the data sources and fields (78 structured fields) provided by the Shibor Technology API. Query capabilities are bounded by the defined API endpoints and response formats.
  • Key & Quota: The skill requires a valid BBIAO_API_KEY environment variable to run. Query volume is limited by the purchased API plan; once the quota is exhausted, queries will halt, and the user will be prompted to recharge.
  • Query Logic: The skill does not support other industry-specific or advanced analytical endpoints not listed in this document. Default query rules (e.g., nationwide scope, last 30 days) are overridden when the user specifies explicit conditions.
  • Accuracy Boundary: The skill returns data query results, not interpretations of bidding rules or guarantees of winning bids. All field information—such as amounts, dates, project numbers, and source URLs—must be taken verbatim from the API response.
