About this skill

Problem

Marketing copy can trigger legal, political, social, or brand-related risks before launch. Manual review relies on experience and may miss contextual edge cases. This skill turns copy review into a repeatable scanning process instead of giving only a general risk verdict.

How It Works

It first asks for the copy to review and, when possible, the brand name and copy type, such as an e-commerce page, short-video script, or public-account article. After receiving the copy, it gives a brief initial risk signal, then produces a structured report.

  • Red-line review: covers sovereignty and territorial integrity, national symbols, entertainment of historical trauma, and serious violations of law or public order. Any triggered red line marks the copy high-risk, while full quantitative scoring still continues.
  • Weighted scoring: evaluates eleven perspectives, including legal compliance, political empathy, historical respect, gender equality, vulnerable audiences, and online ethics. Each perspective has a fixed weight and a 1-10 trigger score; the final risk value is weight × trigger score.
  • Report output: provides the conclusion, revision suggestions, red-line result, full scan, public-opinion simulation, and disclaimer, making it easier to hand to legal, PR, or marketing teams.

Boundaries

It is useful for a structured pre-launch screen, but it is text-only. It does not verify factual claims such as efficacy, ingredients, or origin, does not review images, video, music, or portraits, and cannot fully track real-time trends at launch time. Final launch decisions should still be made by the brand based on platform rules, context, and risk appetite.

Use Cases

  • Before publishing an e-commerce page, flag absolute claims, efficacy wording, and consumerism phrasing that may draw regulatory or public-opinion issues.
  • Before finalizing a Xiaohongshu post, scan gender, age-group, regional labels, and risky edgy memes that could backfire with specific audiences.
  • When sending a short-video script to PR, assess brand ambassadors, trivialization of historical events, and politically sensitive wording that could amplify sentiment.
  • Before releasing a WeChat article, identify class bias, anxiety-monetizing tone, and public-order edge cases to create a review checklist for legal.

Best For

  • E-commerce copywriter: identify risky wording in product pages and recommendation posts before legal, PR, or users flag it.
  • Brand PR specialist: simulate public-opinion fallout for short-video scripts and press copy, including hot topics, sensitive terms, and group backlash.
  • Content editor: standardize red-line, weight, and signal review across multiple marketing drafts and produce a legal-ready summary.
  • Marketing lead: assess potential offense around vulnerable groups, subcultures, and gender issues before deciding to revise or hold launch.
