lls-ai-microdrama-planner targets the planning stage of AI comic-drama and short-drama production, where a single strong hook may work but multi-episode motivation, conflict escalation, suspense payoff, and visual continuity fall apart. It is not a mass line-generator; it creates a serial story engine and turns audience promise, protagonist desire, opposition goals, cost escalation, and end-of-episode hooks into checkable production fields.

Core workflow

The skill generates planning assets step by step: project brief for platform, runtime, format, and audience promise; protagonist cards and opposition cards for long-term desire, weaknesses, limits, opponent resources, and pressure methods; season arc using world rules, relationship arc, suspense ledger, and cost curve to prevent setting drift. For each episode, it structures beats into state change, episode goal, first obstacle, active choice, turn, result with debt, and hook, then expands them into scene cards, line drafts, and shot asset lists. For AI generation, it records anchors such as appearance, costume, palette, proportions, handedness, scene lighting, shot emotion, and injury state, and suggests alternate shots or post-correction when stable control is unavailable.

Limits

It is suitable for early planning and consistency checks for serialized short or comic drama, not for replacing creative writing or guaranteeing stable AI visuals. If the input is only a subject, it should propose conflict engines rather than invent a full season; if turns rely on coincidence, they should be rewritten as consequences of character choices. Unconfirmed settings must be separated from established facts, and copyright, real-person likeness, and privacy status should be explicit.
