Long-form novel drafting often gets stuck on vague requirements, unstable emotional pacing, and inconsistent chapter quality. This skill targets Tomato-style web fiction and turns “high-performing story genes” into explicit fields, reducing the arbitrariness of going from a one-line idea directly to prose.

How It Works and Limits

It runs in three stages:
- Six-question setup: confirms emotion tag, genre, protagonist setup, core contrast, core conflict, and chapter count, creating clear creative constraints.
- Planning and confirmation: generates 00-outline.md, 01-character-profiles.md, 02-emotion-curve.md, and golden opening drafts for user review.
- Chapter-by-chapter drafting: produces each chapter in the 2200-2800 words range, checks opening hooks, scenes, dialogue, closing hooks, and validates length with scripts/check_chapter_wordcount_tomato.py; every five chapters, it creates a pacing report and accepts feedback such as completion rate and follow-read rate.

It is best for users who want to batch-draft mid-length Tomato-style web novels. The boundary is that it produces structured first drafts and operational pacing suggestions; authors remain responsible for factual accuracy, legal compliance, platform copyright, and character ethics. Topics involving real people, sensitive events, or highly custom narratives should be reviewed manually before publishing.
