The harder failure in safety inspection is not missing a hazard, but finishing a walk-through and later realizing that certain areas, tasks, or risk classes were never covered. In municipal, building, road and bridge, and metro projects, work stages, active fronts, crews, and high-risk works keep changing, so memory-driven checklists easily lead to missed items.

How It Works

The skill takes project context and inspection mode as inputs, then generates a structured checklist from a supervision perspective. Key inputs include:

• project type, current stage, and active work items
• high-risk items and recently observed issues
• inspection scope and inspection mode: daily, weekly, or specialized

The output is intended to be operational rather than generic:

• Items are rendered as [ ] checkboxes for printing or mobile confirmation
• Dimensions are broken down by area, trade, and high-risk work
• Findings should record severity, referenced standard, corrective action, owner, and closure status

Boundaries And Notes

It is useful for pre-walkthrough preparation, safety meeting material, and coverage checks for new supervisors or safety officers. It does not replace on-site judgment: if high-risk items, work scope, or recent issues are missing, the result can remain generic. For deep excavation, confined spaces, hot work, or work at height, add specific conditions, permits, and site constraints before using the checklist.
