This skill turns common Chinese legal letters and legal opinions into structured templates for initial demands, replies, transaction support, cease-and-desist requests, and pre-litigation evidence preservation.
How It Works
It identifies the document type from the instruction, such as L-01 payment demand, L-06 contract termination notice, L-10 cease-and-desist, or L-27 legal opinion; urgent cases can use L-00 rapid fill-in. During generation, it collects fields like parties, contract or infringement facts, deadlines, amounts, and service address, then matches wording to a tone level: consultative, formal, strong warning, or final notice. The output also includes a reply framework for analyzing the opponent’s facts and legal bases, choosing between full rebuttal, concise position, or reserved response, and provides quality checklists, delivery guidance, and archiving suggestions.
Limitations
It is intended to help draft, structure, and risk-check documents; it does not replace a lawyer’s judgment on facts, scope of authority, evidence authenticity, or legal strategy. Avoid fabricating facts, threatening reporting as leverage, or claiming amounts far beyond lawful support. After issuance, keep EMS receipts, signed delivery records, or electronic delivery evidence to support demand, limitation interruption, or proof of breach.
