About this skill

Problem

Credit research for bonds, portfolios, and risk monitoring often depends on scattered inputs: financial statements, industry data, ratings, and debt maturities. Manual analysis can miss dimensions, mix inconsistent metrics, or make conclusions hard to audit.

How It Works

alice-credit-analysis sends the research task to Wind Alice and returns a structured credit assessment. Core capabilities include:
- Issuer profile: identifies local government financing vehicles, SOEs, private firms, and financial institutions, then reviews ownership, control, and industry position
- Risk and financial diagnostics: covers industry cycle, leverage, interest-bearing debt, cash-to-short-debt ratio, and interest coverage
- Cash flow and default probability: analyzes operating cash flow, refinancing gaps, internal ratings, external rating benchmarks, and annualized PD

The host agent only composes a natural-language prompt with the company name or code and focus areas, then the CLI calls the service. Delivery uses agentResult.value; attachments are for local archive, not pasted into the answer.

Boundaries

Use it for credit research on public corporate or institutional issuers; it is not a substitute for formal ratings. Report modules may be marked when data is limited, and score declines or maturity clusters should be reviewed against fundamentals.

Use Cases

  • A bond manager screens issuers for primary or secondary markets and needs a comparable credit-risk view.
  • A credit risk officer builds a watchlist by checking score changes, maturity, and refinancing gaps.
  • A credit analyst checks rating differences using internal ratings, external benchmarks, and PD evidence.
  • A portfolio analyst diagnoses credit quality using leverage, liquidity, and cash-flow signals.

Best For

  • Credit researchers who need a structured view of issuer profile, industry risk, and cash-flow quality.
  • Fixed-income managers who compare issuer credit quality, maturity pressure, and internal ratings before trades.
  • Credit risk officers who flag issuers with score declines, high leverage, or refinancing gaps.
  • Rating validation analysts who benchmark internal ratings against external agencies and identify gaps.
