About this skill

Problem

Litigators often need to break down opposing evidence item by item before court and produce a formal written cross-examination opinion. Manual drafting can blur authenticity, legality, relevance, and objections to the probative object, while limitations such as limitation periods, guarantee periods, and exclusion periods may be missed. This skill is aimed at civil and administrative cases, turning scattered evidence into a structured .docx document and preserving explicit human-review checkpoints.

Workflow

  • Accept case type, cross-examining party, evidencing party, and an evidence list; inputs may include .pdf, .docx, images, or plain text, with extraction or OCR as needed.
  • Support item-by-item or batch modes: item-by-item mode suits sequential verification, while batch mode is suited to generating a full draft at once.
  • For each exhibit, analyze authenticity, legality, relevance, and objections to the proof object, using a stepwise “first—second—last” argument rather than merely repeating the three-property conclusions.
  • Generate a “special note” cross-reference only when the user provides their own evidence; otherwise omit it.
  • Append a risk notice that marks conclusions on limitation period, guarantee period, exclusion period, and other periods, or flags “cannot determine, please verify manually”.

Boundaries

The skill analyzes dates and periods only from user-supplied materials and does not infer facts outside them. The main text generally avoids listing statutory articles; if citation is necessary, it should be verified through a legal data source. The final .docx still requires attorney review, especially for original-document verification, administrative evidence-collection legality, and allocation of proof in compensation or duty-related cases.

Use Cases

  • Before trial, organize the opponent's contracts, invoices, and chat logs into itemized written objections and produce a court-ready .docx file.
  • When reviewing defendant evidence in administrative cases, focus on evidence-collection authority, method, and administrative procedure, while flagging uncertain period risks.
  • Extract or OCR evidence from PDFs, Word files, and images, then draft authenticity, legality, and relevance opinions by exhibit number.
  • Consolidate similar exhibits into combined objections and append a risk notice listing limitation, guarantee, and exclusion period checks.

Best For

  • Litigators preparing civil trials who need item-by-item rebuttals to contracts, invoices, and documentary evidence.
  • Administrative-case counsel who need to assess the legality of the defendant's evidence collection and prepare written objections.
  • Law firm paralegals handling contract or invoice disputes who need draft cross-examination opinions from PDF or image evidence.
  • Attorneys preparing compensation, compensation-related, or duty-related cases who need to adjust objection strategy according to the applicable burden of proof.
