About this skill

Problem

Game marketing assets often need a quick pre-flight check for compliance, IP, cultural/religious, public-opinion, and sensitive-date risk before launch or ad delivery. Manual review can depend on scattered rules, personal experience, and hard-to-track timeliness.

How It Works

  • Identify inputs: asset, target region, release date, usage, and audience.
  • Prioritize local knowledge bases: structured rules, policy summaries, global cultural/religious risk, female exposure redlines, crisis PR, and IP protection.
  • Refresh Lexiang only when requested or missing; fall back to local rules without access.
  • Cross-check public sources: sensitive anniversaries, industry sentiment, platform rules, flags, military insignia, real maps, religious symbols, and third-party IP.
  • Output P0 to OK risk levels and generate an HTML report with asset preview, risk overview, evidence, remediation, and disclaimer.

Boundaries

This is a compliance pre-screening aid, not legal review. Uncertain items use “suspected” or “needs confirmation”; third-party IP without proof of authorization is treated as risky; if no release date is provided, it outputs generic avoidance guidance instead of inventing dates.

Use Cases

  • Review game ads, landing-page copy, and PV boards before delivery to flag content, IP, or platform-rule risks.
  • After a version schedule is set, check release-date conflicts with sensitive anniversaries and output an HTML report.
  • When preparing event posters, check female exposure, religious symbols, flags, and military insignia for review.
  • When localizing overseas assets for China, review maps, territory, real-war imagery, and sentiment risks under CN rules.

Best For

  • Game marketing manager: screen ad creatives, copy, and event pages before delivery and collect a risk detail list.
  • LiveOps planner: check dates, exposure rules, religious symbols, and public-opinion risks before publishing posters.
  • Legal compliance assistant: consolidate assets into risk levels, evidence, and fixes for review and reporting.
  • China launch lead: verify maps, territory, flags, military symbols, and real-war elements when converting overseas assets.
