About this skill
Problem
When assessing whether the A-share market is worth watching or entering, a single quote is not enough. Index changes show direction, turnover shows participation, hot sectors show where capital is flowing, and institutional views add context, but these signals are often scattered. DEEPQ Market Sentiment Overview turns this into a repeatable overview task: first ask how cold or hot the market is today, then ask how institutions view the near-term outlook.
How It Works
The skill relies on the DeepQ MCP Server for data tools. A typical run calls market summaries, A-share quotes, aShareFearGreedIndex, aShareTemperature, and queryHotSector in parallel. The output usually covers market quotes, sentiment, hot sectors, and forward outlook. The fear-greed index is used to gauge panic or greed, the temperature metric is used to observe heat and crowding, and sector rankings highlight directions attracting capital. It can also assemble a full report with a concise synthesis, using same-day data to support observation rather than generate trade signals.
Boundaries
This skill is biased toward current market conditions; historical analysis requires an explicit date. Sentiment metrics are supplementary and should not replace fundamentals, risk management, or compliance review. For short-term trading decisions, combine them with company-specific quality, position limits, and macro variables.
Use Cases
- During trading, judge current A-share heat with index, turnover, fear-greed, and temperature.
- After close, summarize hot sectors and institutional outlook for a strategy meeting note.
- For a morning brief, generate a standard summary of market quotes, sentiment, and outlook.
- When reviewing a specific date, fetch quotes and sentiment metrics with an explicit date.
Best For
- Equity researchers preparing morning notes who need fast index, sentiment, and sector summaries.
- Investment advisers tracking market sentiment who need fear-greed levels with risk caveats.
- Strategists compiling meeting notes who need quotes, hot sectors, and institutional outlooks.
- Finance teams using WorkBuddy who need to configure the DeepQ MCP Server before querying.
