In fast-paced marketing or social media scenarios, businesses or individuals frequently need to generate diverse posters in bulk, but limited design resources make it difficult to efficiently produce visually consistent, high-quality imagery.

This skill leverages AI image generation technology to transform natural language prompts into visual posters, addressing the above pain points. Its workflow involves the following critical steps:

1. Environment Setup: The skill relies on a Python environment and the ARK_API_KEY environment variable to call the Volcano Engine API. Users must configure these in advance to ensure the script can securely access cloud services.
2. Prompt Optimization: After users input an initial prompt, they can optionally use built-in optimization guidelines (based on references/prompt-guide.md) to enhance the quality and accuracy of generated images. Optimized prompts better describe target visual elements.
3. Parameterized Generation: Users specify poster resolution (e.g., 2k or 4k), aspect ratio (e.g., 1:1, 3:4, 16:9), and can upload up to 3 local reference images for image-to-image generation. The seedream.py script encodes parameters and calls the API to generate and output image files.

Applicable Boundaries and Considerations

• Technical Dependencies: The skill requires a local Python environment and a valid API key. Internet connectivity is essential. Generation quality is limited by AI models and may not perfectly replicate design intent.
• Use Cases: Ideal for rapid prototyping, bulk social media asset creation, or iterating on marketing campaign posters. Not suitable for professional scenarios requiring high-precision artistic creation or complex interactive design.
• Operational Limits: Image-to-image mode handles a maximum of 3 reference images. When adjusting outputs, users must base requests on historical images directly, avoiding intermediate prompt modifications. Generation may be affected by API quotas or network latency.
