About this skill

Problem

Cybersecurity bid announcements are scattered across government procurement, finance, energy, telecom, medical, and other channels. Manual collection can miss deadlines, award notices, and amount formatting.

How It Works

  • Collection window: Defaults to today + previous 5 days, covering 6 days.
  • Multi-channel search: Searches 50+ channels by P0-P3 priority, including national platforms, finance, government, energy, telecom, and education.
  • Keyword system: Combines security services, security products, operations platforms, and industry terms using AND/OR queries.
  • Field extraction: Standardizes project name, buyer, organization type, amount, procurement method, status, source link, and other fields.
  • Link verification: Uses WebFetch to open source pages and marks links as verified, pending, or invalid.
  • Reporting: Produces an 8-section Markdown report and an Excel workbook with detail rows, statistics, and charts.
  • IMA sync: Optionally syncs the Markdown report to a configured IMA notebook via IMA OpenAPI.

Limitations

  • Search engine indexing may lag by 1-3 days for new bid notices.
  • Some procurement sites use JS rendering, anti-bot controls, or membership limits, so completeness depends on source verification.
  • Amounts must be normalized to ten thousand CNY; non-standard values may need manual review.
  • IMA sync depends on external API credentials, which may expire.

Use Cases

  • A security sales rep collects finance and government cyber bids to build a 6-day Markdown list.
  • A presales engineer polls industry channels by MLPS, red-team, and SecOps keywords, exporting an Excel tracker.
  • A procurement analyst verifies central bank, SZSE, and State Grid award notices into a link detail table.
  • An architect tracks open security service projects, sorted by deadline and marked by urgency.

Best For

  • Cybersecurity sales: need daily new tender and award notices across finance and government.
  • Presales solution managers: need to filter customer intent by MLPS, red-team, and SecOps keywords.
  • Procurement analysts: need to consolidate multi-source bid notices into a verifiable Excel detail sheet.
  • Security operations leads: need to monitor open projects and countdown for security service tenders.
