Business reviews often get stuck in two places: data is scattered across Excel, CSV, screenshots, and short notes, so teams can calculate metrics but not explain why they moved; reports stop at year-over-year comparisons, without root causes, risk levels, or concrete next actions.

How It Works

The skill works around a five-dimension framework: revenue, cost and expenses, profit, operating efficiency, and risk/opportunity. It first ingests and parses inputs such as .xlsx, .csv, JSON, text descriptions, and table screenshots, then evaluates data coverage and analyzes only the dimensions supported by the evidence, listing missing data separately.

Key outputs include:
- Metric decomposition: revenue mix, cost ratios, gross margin, net margin, conversion, and ROI.
- Comparisons: MoM, YoY, product/channel/business structure, and benchmark gaps when targets or industry data are provided.
- Root-cause diagnosis: connects surface symptoms to market, operations, management, product, or channel issues.
- Actionable plans: short-term 1-3 months and mid-term 3-6 months moves for growth, cost control, and risk mitigation.
- Report structure: a fixed six-module layout, with HTML output as the default for internal review or public posting.

Boundaries

Conclusions depend on real user-provided data; without data, it does not speculate. It is useful for monthly/quarterly reviews, profit or cost diagnostics, channel performance analysis, and risk checks, but it does not replace audit, tax, legal, or accounting advice. If data is partial, the output first covers supported dimensions and then requests the missing items.
