How It Works

• Requirements and rules: Confirm target platform, size, format, file size, fps, duration, transparency, naming, and quantity.
• Benchmark alignment: If a first batch, sample, or competitor pack exists, decompose specs, pacing, action density, and visual quality to set a minimum quality line.
• Storyboard and keyframes: Turn common communication scenarios into distinct sticker concepts and low-jump keyframe prompts, avoiding fake motion from minor rotation or scaling.
• Compositing and QA: Check frame order, interpolation, frame duration, slow-readable versions, motion clarity, stable text, and character drift.
