Problem

College-specific questions at Hubei Institute of Fine Arts are often scattered across admission pages, freshman chats, dorm posts, and senior advice. Answers to questions like "How many people share a HIFA dorm?" or "What should I prepare for freshman check-in?" can easily mix outdated details with missing on-campus perspective.

How It Works

The skill splits school materials into topic files under references/, such as school-profile.md, freshman-guide.md, dorm-life.md, campus-walk.md, and my-life.md. For each request, it follows scenario identification, keyword matching, main and supporting doc loading, personal experience injection, and confidence declaration. If my-life.md contains first-hand experience, that experience leads the answer while factual docs provide support. Cross-scenario questions can combine multiple files. Time-sensitive items, such as policies, dorm details, and exhibition schedules, are flagged as needing the latest official notice.

Boundaries

It fits current students, freshmen, alumni, and friends asking about HIFA campus life, living, admissions, and college information. It is not suited for real-time class schedules, latest admission lists, or personal matters not recorded in the documents. When references do not cover an issue, live search can supplement the answer, with a reminder to verify the result.
