About this skill
Problem: Compliance Searches Miss Key Dimensions
When checking requirements for special equipment, hazardous chemicals, construction, environmental protection, or similar topics, authoritative sources are split across laws, administrative regulations, GB and industry standards, State Council policy documents, and local government rules. Generic searches often return news pages or summaries without issuing authority, document number, effective date, or clause scope, making it hard to verify obligations or find internal industry references.
How It Works: Layered Retrieval and Structured Output
The skill first parses the topic, region, document type, and recency from the request. It then searches separate lanes: national laws and regulations, national and industry standards, local government documents, and policy or implementation documents. For high-value official links, it fetches page content and extracts the full title, issuing body, publication date, document number, and scope. Results are grouped by validity state, such as currently effective, amended, or repealed. If the ima knowledge-base capability is available, it also queries KBT_MINE_KB, KBT_SHARED_KB, KBT_SUBSCRIBED_CREATE_KB, and KBT_SUBSCRIBED_JOIN_KB, then deduplicates and merges PDF, Word, web, and note results with public web results.
Boundaries
It is best suited to questions such as what laws, standards, or policy documents apply to this topic and which clauses are directly relevant. It is not a legal-opinion tool and does not replace counsel. Output quality depends on access to official databases and knowledge-base permissions; for local differences or conflicting revisions, verify the original text in official sources.
