Smart Email Manager

Problem

Engineers often maintain several inboxes at once, such as QQ Mail, Gmail, Outlook, and corporate mail. Unread messages can pile up into noise, while important senders, action items, and prior context get buried. Manually switching accounts, searching keywords, summarizing, and replying message by message easily fragments the workflow.

How It Works

• Search and summary: Query unread mail, filter by keyword and sender, and summarize the unread content.
• Reply and send: Draft replies from conversation history, and send directly via SMTP with recipient, subject, and body.
• Multi-mailbox switching: Supports QQ Mail, 163, 126, Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, and corporate mailboxes, with one-switch account changes.
• Spam cleanup: Identifies and deletes spam, with whitelist protection to reduce accidental deletion; silent cleanup can run daily at night.

Boundaries

It depends on mail IMAP / SMTP authorization codes and service access. Deletion, read marking, and sending are usually irreversible once executed. For sensitive mailboxes, validate with a narrow whitelist before enabling automatic cleanup.
