About this skill
Problem
Stock research often breaks down on fragmented data: quotes, filings, technical indicators, capital flows, and announcements live in separate sources. Manual assembly can miss the latest quarterly report, confuse ticker symbols, or mix HKD quotes into CNY templates. This skill turns A-share and HK stock analysis into a repeatable workflow.
How It Works
It first resolves entity identity with westock-data search, then gathers business overview, financials, K-lines, chip distribution, capital flows, and institutional views. The report covers five dimensions: fundamentals, technicals, flows, risks, and catalyst events. Fundamentals require the latest disclosed quarter; if the API lacks it, the workflow supplements revenue and net profit via WebSearch. Technicals inspect the last 60 sessions for double bottoms, head-and-shoulders bottoms, volume-price patterns, MACD, KDJ, and moving averages. Risk checks cover pledges, lockup releases, litigation, and policy changes. The report also embeds three charts: revenue vs net profit, gross vs net margin, and 60-day price with volume, plus a disclaimer.
Boundaries
It is useful for A-share and HK stock research drafts, not investment advice. HK stocks must use HKD; ambiguous company names need confirmation; data may be delayed; technical scores are signals only and should be weighed against fundamentals and capital flows.
Use Cases
- Resolve an A-share ticker quickly and draft a fundamentals note that includes the latest disclosed quarter.
- Review 60 sessions of HK stock price action, identify K-line patterns and volume-price signals, and score the technical case.
- Prepare research-meeting materials by assembling institutional ratings, consensus estimates, and risk events into a timeline.
- Produce an HTML report with embedded charts for revenue versus profit, margins, and 60-day price versus volume.
Best For
- Sell-side or buy-side research assistants drafting individual-stock weekly notes from filings, technicals, and institutional views.
- Quant strategy engineers screening A-share and HK names and extracting K-line, volume-price, chip, and risk-event fields.
- Portfolio managers monitoring holding risk and checking pledges, lockup releases, litigation, and recent catalysts.
- Finance content editors turning stock analysis results into deliverable HTML reports with embedded charts.
