Problem

Chinese legal questions often need authoritative answers rather than generic model summaries. FaDaWang Q&A Plus is built for that case, using 169 curated answers from batches 1–38 of the official Q&A set. It fits common disputes in contracts, commercial law, criminal law, administrative law, family law, intellectual property, and related topics, and keeps legal responses anchored to citable source material.

How It Works

• Retrieval first: the skill extracts legal keywords and dispute points, then searches the built-in references/ corpus instead of answering from general model knowledge.
• Clear lookup path: it starts with INDEX.md to narrow batches and topics, then matches exact terms, statute names, or synonyms in a second pass.
• Fixed citation format: matched entries are labeled with batch, question number, publication date, and topic where applicable, for example Batch 17, Question 2 and 2025-03-13.
• Cross-batch coverage: topics such as judicial review of arbitration or state compensation may appear across batches; the skill tries to collect all relevant entries and presents them chronologically.

Boundaries

The skill only covers the collected batches 1–38. When no entry is found, it should say so rather than invent expert opinions, question IDs, or original answers. If the query is only partially relevant, it should identify the parts not covered by the source set. Responses are intended for legal study and research, not formal legal advice.
