Problem context

Generating high-school math practice papers often gets stuck on unclear chapter scope, unbalanced question types, weak difficulty progression, and incomplete explanations. Teachers may need chapter-based drills, weekly or monthly exams, or weak-topic remediation; students may want verifiable practice sets. This skill turns a natural-language request into a structured question-generation task and outputs a Word document with questions and detailed solutions.

How it works

It supports three workflows:
- Topic-based practice: for chapter consolidation, preview, and after-class exercises
- Full exam paper assembly: for weekly, monthly, or mock exam structures
- Weak-point remediation: targeted practice around the student's weak topics

Question types include single-choice, fill-in-the-blank, and free-response problems. Difficulty is split into basic, intermediate, harder, and final challenging levels to control the paper gradient. The process first confirms scope, question count, difficulty, total score, time limit, and output path, then applies curriculum and exam standards, generates questions, writes explanations, and produces a .docx file.

Boundaries and cautions

It is intended for in-scope high-school math content under the current curriculum standards, especially functions, sequences, analytic geometry, and probability/statistics. Answers, distractors, geometry descriptions, and solution steps still need teacher or student review, so it should not be treated as the sole grading source; diagram-based problems are usually described in text and may need manual figures.
