About this skill

Problem It Solves

Sales reviews often become polished narratives: “the client cared about price, the advisor explained the plan, and we should follow up.” The useful questions are narrower: what the client explicitly said, what is only inferred, which stage the client is in, where the conversation stalled, which parts of the advisor’s delivery should be kept or removed, and who should do what next, with what materials and by when. Chengeng Sales Review treats sales conversations as diagnostic inputs, not copy-editing tasks. It separates supported facts, reasonable judgments, unconfirmed items, and next actions.

How It Works

The skill follows a fixed order: extract explicit client statements, list inferences separately, classify the client stage, identify the main blocker, diagnose advisor communication, and produce next steps plus reusable patterns. Typical outputs include:

  • Conversation summary: compressed facts without speculation;
  • Facts / inferences: distinguishes what is supported by the source;
  • Stage assessment: contact, needs discovery, comparison, objection, closing, or service;
  • Sales blocker: unclear need, over-explaining, unresolved objection, inconsistent follow-up;
  • Communication diagnosis: tone too hard, too many terms, rushed probing, weak conclusion;
  • Next action: owner, action, materials, timing, and a draft follow-up message.

When inputs are incomplete, it should return a gap list, minimum follow-up questions, and a low-confidence version rather than a final review.

Boundaries And Notes

It should not invent budget, family details, purchase intent, or service outcomes, and silence is not treated as acceptance or rejection. It does not replace formal proposal explanation, objection handling, or client screening, and it must not promise sales, claims, underwriting, medical, legal, or income results. It is best for reviews based on chat logs, meeting transcripts, call transcriptions, follow-up outcomes, or advisor notes; it is not for vague consulting, account setup, or simple file organization.

Use Cases

  • Chat logs to facts, inferences, blockers, next actions.
  • Use calls to infer stage, blocker, advisor issues.
  • From meeting notes, extract needs, objections, timing.
  • Review follow-up results, choose keep/cut phrases, draft message.

Best For

  • Insurance advisors who turn chat logs into facts, blockers, next actions.
  • Managers who review calls for stage, objection, delivery.
  • Ops assistants who organize needs, owners, timing.
  • Coaches who convert shadowing notes into reusable questions.
