Problem

Many vocational lesson plans look complete but contain hidden failures: vague goals, stacked activities, shallow questions, weak assessment, or mismatched teaching methods. Manual review often focuses on formatting and misses alignment among objectives, content, evidence, learning conditions, and classroom language. This skill turns lesson-plan review into a repeatable audit flow, helping teachers move from “document looks plausible” to “instruction can survive a real classroom.”

How it works

It uses a Process pattern: identify course type, enable work-process and job-capability checks for professional courses, and request missing targets, key points, and procedures when the input is too thin. Once audited, it scores eight dimensions: basic information, learner analysis, goals, teaching methods, activities, question chains, supporting design, and alignment of goals, content, and assessment. It flags hard issues such as vague verbs, more than 25 minutes of uninterrupted lecturing, activities without artifacts, fake interaction, formulaic AI-like language, and missing reflection. The report includes a score summary, issue table, question-chain optimization, and micro, meso, and macro improvement steps.

Boundaries

It is an audit and feedback tool rather than a full rewrite. It can assess single-session excerpts, non-Chinese materials, or template-heavy plans, but conclusions depend on supplied goals, difficulty points, and process details. Professional-course detection relies on course naming, job descriptions, and practical-training signals; ambiguous cases should be verified by the teacher.
