What it addresses

When a user provides contracts, judgments, or chat records, the hard part is turning facts, disputed issues, request-basis rules, statutes, and similar cases into a reviewable legal analysis report. This skill centers on Tze-Chien Wang’s request-basis method, giving a structured workflow for construction contract disputes, other civil-commercial matters, and some criminal cases, reducing the tendency to collect statutes first and fit conclusions later.

How it works

• It first classifies the case and selects a retrieval path: construction cases prioritize local reference files, criminal cases prioritize selected Fada Net materials, and other civil-commercial cases rely on MCP retrieval.
• For construction cases, it reviews built-in Construction Judicial Interpretation II reference files first, then uses the Huayu Yuandian Legal Data MCP for statutes and cases.
• For criminal cases, it consults references/fada-batch-38.md before any supplementary retrieval.
• It applies the six-layer request-basis check: request basis, constituent requirements, defenses, concurrence, and related procedural issues.
• Candidate cases must be selected by the user in a mandatory confirmation step; only selected cases may appear in the report, and unselected cases must not appear in the body or footnotes.
• It outputs a Markdown report and can call joe-markdown-to-docx to convert it to DOCX.

Boundaries

This skill works best when the user has concrete materials such as contracts, judgments, or chat records, and can identify the cause of action and court. If MCP is not connected, statute and case retrieval must be supplied manually by the user; unclear facts should be marked as needing further verification rather than inferred.
