Problem

When analysis results already exist in tables, metrics, or diagnostic conclusions, but delivery still relies on plain text, ad-hoc pages, or scattered screenshots, PPT layout often becomes the bottleneck: font, background, card hierarchy, key conclusions, and large-text display all require repeated manual adjustment. byteplan-ppt targets this scenario by turning existing analytical results into a consistently styled presentation and reducing the formatting cost between conclusions and reporting pages.

How It Works

The skill depends on the output of byteplan-analysis. It assumes the analysis data has already been generated, then renders a PPT according to the visual rules of byteplan-html. Core elements include gradient backgrounds, card-based layout, and larger font treatment for conclusions, with Microsoft YaHei used to keep Chinese rendering consistent. It is better suited for organizing key metrics, stage conclusions, risks, and recommendations into report-ready slides.

Boundaries

It does not perform complex data discovery from scratch, raw data cleaning, or statistical modeling; if no upstream analysis exists, byteplan-analysis should be completed first. It also should not be treated as a general-purpose design tool: the style follows the existing BytePlan visual language, so it is not a good fit for fully custom templates, complex chart animations, or inconsistent brand requirements.
