Journalism practice assignments for postgraduate entrance exams, finals, and coursework often have clear type-specific requirements, but students may not know whether the title, lead, argument chain, media fit, layout, or interaction design is weak. This skill takes the original prompt and student answer as input and produces itemized, type-specific feedback that can be used for revision.

How It Works

It first detects the assignment type, then loads the matching framework under references/. Each framework defines the reviewer role, checklist, output format, and constraints, so the review order and wording stay consistent. It then evaluates the answer item by item: news commentary checks title, introduction, central argument, evidence, analysis depth, and language; short-video planning checks topic, script/storyboard, pacing, sound, and distribution strategy. For scored types such as advertising planning, brand marketing, and public-welfare planning, it can produce itemized scores based on the stated point values and finish with strengths, gaps, and suggestions. If one assignment spans multiple types, for example all-media reporting planning that includes short-video planning, multiple frameworks can be combined; missing required content is flagged with follow-up guidance.
