About this skill

Problem: scattered bid notices and complex filters

Bid teams often need to locate tender notices, award notices, and contract announcements filtered by recent dates, region, industry, amount, purchaser, and winner. Manual filtering misses fields and makes follow-up hard. This skill converts natural-language requirements into traceable query conditions and returns structured bid intelligence from the Shibo tender data API.

How it works

  • Intent detection: distinguishes notice search, opportunity discovery, company profiling, contract validation, and trend analysis.
  • Condition extraction: identifies keywords, region, industry, time range, amount range, purchaser, winner, project ID, and excluded terms.
  • Scoped API calls: uses only whitelisted endpoints such as companyProfileSummary, companyProfileCustomers, companyProfileSuppliers, and searchProjectApi.
  • Result handling: filters out recruitment, exams, training, meetings, and other noise; prioritizes relevance, recency, clear amount, and source links.

Boundaries

  • It reuses existing Shibo tender data capabilities, does not add endpoints, and does not guarantee winning bids.
  • Amounts, dates, project IDs, attachments, and source URLs must come from API responses.
  • If a key is missing or quota is insufficient, it stops and asks the user rather than guessing credentials.

Use Cases

  • A sales lead identifies worth-following tenders and awards in an industry over 90 days and compares competitor award records.
  • A bid specialist converts a project phrase into keyword, region, industry, and time filters and returns a reviewable project list.
  • A market analyst reviews a purchaser's customer and supplier relationships to infer recent procurement preferences and potential partners.
  • A commercial manager validates a project's amount, date, purchaser, winner, and source link before quoting or reporting.

Best For

  • Sales or business staff who track regional government procurement notices and changing winners each week.
  • Market analysts who compare competitors' award history, customers, and supplier relationships.
  • Bid operations staff who compile tender, award, and contract records into reviewable lists with sources.
  • Pre-sales leads who filter opportunities and need verifiable amounts, dates, and source links.
