Problem

Procurement work often scatters supplier data across chats, notes, and spreadsheets. When you need to record a supplier, compare quotes for the same specification, create a purchase list, or track order status, missing fields and historical price context can make decisions slow and inconsistent.

How It Works

The skill routes the request by intent and organizes the data into structured tables.
- Supplier management: stores name, contact, phone, address, main category, quote history, and qualification info, with grades such as preferred, common, backup, or retired.
- Purchase list management: builds lists from item, specification, quantity, and unit price, calculates totals, compares supplier quotes, generates orders, and tracks pending, placed, in-transit, and received states.
- Decision support: suggests reasonable purchase prices from historical data, analyzes quote trends, and summarizes total procurement amounts.

Boundaries

It is useful for conversational procurement notes and quote comparison, especially when turning scattered supplier details into confirmable tables. Final supplier qualification, contract terms, payment conditions, and order approval still require business review, and it does not replace finance systems or ERP.
