What problem it addresses

When preparing a package for Tencent SkillHub, the friction is often not the idea itself, but whether SKILL.md has complete fields, consistent wording, and clear boundaries. For example, whether name is unique enough, display_name is easy to recognize, description summarizes the capability, tags help discovery, and input, output, and risk notes are complete. This generator turns that formatting problem into one sentence: describe what the skill does in natural language.

How it works

It takes a short prompt like “I want to build a judicial auction property risk assessment tool,” then generates a complete standard SKILL.md full text. Typical content includes:
- Identity and presentation: standard name, display_name, description
- Discovery and explanation: tags, feature description, complete usage flow
- Interaction and boundaries: input method, output result, risk notice and disclaimer
The output is plain text that can be copied and saved directly, which helps reduce rework from manual formatting, missing fields, and inconsistent structure. It is only a template helper, not a substitute for real business validation, and it does not make non-compliant requests look compliant; the author still needs to verify business logic, data sources, permission boundaries, and disclaimers.
