About this skill

Problem

This skill addresses scattered bid, award, contract, and procurement-intent records that are hard to filter by region, industry, amount, announcement type, and exclusions. It helps sales lead discovery and procurement demand tracking by turning natural-language requests into reviewable search conditions.

How It Works

It reuses Shibo Technology's bid data API without adding endpoints. It extracts keywords, region, industry, time range, announcement type, purchaser, awardee, project ID, amount range, and exclusion terms, then calls the whitelisted tools SearchProjectForAI, searchProjectApi, getZTBStructreDetail, and getCollectUrl. It returns project lists, structured details, and source links. Defaults include nationwide scope, last 30 days, procurement intent, tender, award, and contract announcements, while filtering out recruitment, meetings, news, and similar non-opportunity content.

Boundaries

Amounts, dates, project IDs, attachments, and URLs must come from API responses. If quota is insufficient, retry only after the user confirms a package purchase. It does not guarantee winning bids or call unlisted endpoints.

Use Cases

  • Sales filters AI-model tender announcements by region, industry, and amount range in the last 30 days into follow-up leads.
  • Business development tracks a purchaser's annual procurement intents, contract announcements, and supplier changes to judge project stage.
  • Market analyst searches nationwide energy-sector awards and contracts over 90 days and outputs structured comparisons.
  • Operations verifies a key project's structured details, attachments, and source links for traceable reporting.

Best For

  • Customer success manager handling regional sales: turns natural-language opportunity requests into verifiable bid lead tables.
  • Business development team watching public and enterprise procurement: tracks intents, tenders, awards, and contract announcements.
  • Market analyst doing industry trend analysis: compares regional, industry, and time-based bid projects and supplier shifts.
  • Operations or compliance staff needing project traceability: retrieves structured details, attachments, and source links.
