About this skill

What It Addresses

Reporting materials often get stuck because raw notes contain many facts but no clear conclusion, assumption map, or execution narrative. Asking an LLM to jump straight to slides can produce a generic outline that lacks audience awareness and a reviewable logic chain. This skill focuses on producing a discussion-ready outline before deck production.

How It Works

It organizes output around three scenarios:
- Executive reporting: conclusion-first framing and data support
- Internal co-creation: assumptions, disagreements, and discussion points
- Downstream rollout: execution paths, ownership boundaries, and ambiguity reduction

The workflow typically reads source material, structures key information, asks five multiple-choice questions to confirm goals, audience, and constraints, then generates a Markdown outline. The referenced strategy, scenario, format, and template files help stabilize structure, making it useful for locking in message hierarchy before slide design.

Boundaries And Notes

It does not perform visual design, data verification, or fact enrichment. If the input is thin, the result may mostly recombine existing viewpoints rather than surface missing evidence. For external use, humans should still validate metrics, risk framing, and confidentiality limits. The output is an outline, not a finished presentation, and can be passed to a downstream PPT design process.

Use Cases

  • Before reporting to executives or investors, turn project materials into a conclusion-first outline with data support.
  • During cross-team design reviews, use multiple Q&A rounds to clarify goals and assumptions, then generate a co-creation outline.
  • When communicating new policies or project requirements to execution teams, turn scattered documents into an execution-oriented outline.
  • Before building slides, convert meeting notes and materials into a Markdown outline that can feed downstream PPT generation.

Best For

  • Operations owners who need to turn quarterly business reviews into executive conclusions and key metrics.
  • Consultants who need to align assumptions and drive cross-team discussion during solution reviews.
  • Program managers who need to communicate new processes or project requirements with less ambiguity.
  • Content teams who need to shape raw materials into clear outlines before creating management decks.
