How It Works

• Information collection: gathers the project name, team, author, research background, key concepts, objectives, content, methods, process milestones, and existing evidence; asks in small batches and marks missing items as [To be filled] so drafting can continue.
• Outline generation: builds sections such as abstract, keywords, background, significance, definitions, objectives, content, methods, process, outcomes, effects, limitations, and future work; the outcomes section usually accounts for about 50% of the report.
• Section-by-section writing: reviews each section with the user; the abstract targets around 300 words, methods should explain what was done and how, and outcomes should use data, cases, and specific descriptions instead of only listing papers, awards, or event counts.
• Quality check: verifies that the report answers the core research questions, avoids an activity-log tone, keeps objectives, content, methods, and outcomes aligned, includes before/after evidence, and consolidates pending items and references.
