How it works
The workflow is structured around a four-step loop:
- Problem definition: set the target metric and boundary first, such as entry rate, order rate, average spend, or repeat cycle, instead of jumping straight to promotions.
- Framework matching: use references like method-core.md, method-application.md, and method-advanced.md to map the issue to core, applied, or advanced analysis lenses.
- Solution ranking: produce a diagnostic conclusion, Top 3 actions, and a detailed plan that specifies who does what and when the effect should be visible.
- Review iteration: fill in templates such as checklist-quick-start.md and template-analysis.md with assumptions, actions, and metrics, then review progress at 2–4 week intervals.
