It is easy to miss mandatory formats, deviation tables, policy declarations, or keep project names, IDs, and service periods inconsistent. Bid Document Workflow turns requirement docs or tender documents into a structured bid draft and provides a review summary, reducing manual Word assembly and repeated consistency checks.

How It Works

• Intake and parsing: Reads .docx, .doc, .pdf, .txt, .md, or plain text, then extracts key fields such as project name, budget, qualification requirements, and evaluation method; it asks follow-up questions when critical information is missing.
• Generate .docx: Produces two main parts, qualification documents and commercial/technical documents, including qualification declarations, bid letter, authorization letter, bid summary table, itemized quotation table, technical proposal, implementation plan, contract deviation table, and more. Substantive formats are preserved, while amounts and attachments are marked with placeholders such as [to be filled] and [attach].
• Automatic review: Checks completeness, compliance, consistency, responsiveness, and format, then returns pass/warning/fail results, issue descriptions, and a manual completion list; simple numbering or format issues can be corrected automatically.
• Upload and delivery: Uploads the file to the bid management platform, captures the success page and detail page, and returns the .docx, two screenshots, and a review summary.

Boundaries and Caveats

It is better suited for drafting and checking bid documents, not for fabricating real business materials such as business licenses or deposit receipts. The technical proposal should respond to the requirements in the source document rather than copying tender language. If key information is missing, the user needs to supplement it before generation and review.
