About this skill
Problem
Public and enterprise bid documents often include cover pages, tables of contents, commercial sections, technical proposals, formatting rules, and compliance commitments. Manually copying templates, filling placeholders, adjusting fonts, proofreading, and checking prohibited wording can miss qualifications, disqualification risks, or inconsistent formatting.
How it works
This skill works from templates in assets/templates/ and reference rules in references/:
- Template generation: supports engineering, goods procurement, service outsourcing, operations maintenance, and comprehensive projects, collecting project name, bid number, bidder details, price, duration, and quality terms before replacing
{placeholders}. - Drafting and rewriting: follows commercial and technical writing guides to draft company profiles, performance records, implementation plans, quality, safety, and schedule sections, then supports polishing, condensing, expansion, rephrasing, and itemization.
- Formatting and QA: applies
format_standards.mdfor numbering, font hierarchy, paragraphs, and tables, generates a table of contents, proofreads typos and terminology, and checkscompliance_checklist.mdfor disqualification risks and sensitive wording.
Notes
Output is intended as plain text that can be copied into Word; it does not include special code, external links, or redirects. Key information such as prices, qualifications, project facts, and company data must come from the user and should not be invented. It is useful for drafting, revising, reformatting, and first-pass compliance checks, but it does not replace human review or formal submission.
Use Cases
- Create a new engineering bid document, select the matching template, and fill placeholders such as project name, bidder, price, and duration.
- Rewrite an existing technical proposal section into itemized implementation, quality, safety, and schedule content while preserving key data.
- Apply the formatting standard to unify title numbering, font hierarchy, paragraph indentation, and a three-level table of contents for Word.
- Check bid documents against scoring rules and disqualification risks, including qualifications, warranty, performance security, and sensitive absolute wording.
Best For
- Bid document specialists handling government or enterprise tenders who need template-based drafts with project facts and Word-ready output.
- Pre-sales engineers responsible for technical proposals who need structured implementation, quality, safety, and schedule sections.
- Legal or compliance reviewers checking bid documents for qualifications, form requirements, commercial clauses, and prohibited wording.
- Project assistants responsible for bid formatting and proofreading who need consistent numbering, layout, table of contents, and clauses.
