How It Works
It starts by aligning on style, audience, duration, source material, screenshot requirements, and hard constraints, then chooses one of two templates:
- Style A: Magazine × e-ink, with serif headlines and a tone suited to humanities, industry observation, and product launches.
- Style B: Swiss International Style, with sans-serif type, grids, KPIs, and a structure suited to engineering, product, and data-driven reports.
The core process involves copying template.html or template-swiss.html, replacing required placeholders, selecting from preset theme palettes, and pasting layout skeletons from layouts.md or layouts-swiss.md. It emphasizes that class names must exist in the template CSS to prevent browser fallback from breaking typography, cards, pipelines, and image placement.
For the Swiss style, it applies stricter layout constraints: body pages use registered layouts from S01 to S22, each with data-layout="Sxx", while maintaining variety through covers, timelines, comparisons, matrices, and KPI blocks. Image handling defines an images/ folder, {page}-{semantic}.{ext} naming, standard ratios such as 16:9, 16:10, and 21:9, and safe-area rules so content does not collide with pagination controls. When users provide screenshots, it first distinguishes between faithful framing and redesign, preferring built-in background adaptation before regenerating.
Boundaries
It fits personal talks, internal presentations, AI product launches, and demo days where a strong visual identity matters. It is less suitable for dense tables, heavy charts, training materials, or collaborative editing. Keep in mind that Style A and Style B class names are not interchangeable, theme palettes should not be mixed, and Swiss layouts should not be improvised outside the registered set. Before delivery, check theme rhythm, image ratios, and bottom pagination safe zones.
