WeChat Official Accounts, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin each have distinct restrictions on prohibited words, absolute claims, and risky phrasing. Manual review is slow, and simple keyword replacement can break tone, grammar, and context. This skill turns pre-publish compliance checking into a structured workflow: flag matched words, provide contextual replacement suggestions, and return a ready-to-use optimized draft.
How it works
- Inputs: accept pasted text,
txtfiles, images for text extraction, or web page URLs for body-content extraction before detection. - Platform targeting: default to WeChat rules when no platform is specified; switch to Xiaohongshu or Douyin when the prompt includes the corresponding platform keyword.
- Output shape: mark detected prohibited words in bold, list replacement options with reasons, and produce an optimized version where replacements are marked in bold italic while preserving the original tone, layout, and style.
- Long-form handling: text under 3000 characters is checked directly; longer text triggers batch-processing prompts; text over 10000 characters is stopped and suggested to be split manually to keep results controllable.
Limitations
It is best for pre-publication checks on Official Account posts, Xiaohongshu notes, Douyin scripts or subtitles, and web page copy. Detection relies on a backend prohibited-word library, so results are compliance-assistance rather than legal certainty. Image input is used only for text extraction, not visual analysis. Web-page extraction may fail on login-gated, anti-crawl, or highly dynamic pages. For strict data or legal requirements, manual review should still be applied.
