When adapting a novel into a short drama, the hard part is often not finding plot, but turning chapter order, character relations, and selling-point analysis into a structured script that can be shot, edited, and pitched. A literal chapter-by-chapter opening can be weak, slow, and vague. This skill targets that adaptation step by converting source material into three executable opening plans.

How it works

• Inputs: usually novel text, expert analysis, and adaptation plan. The novel provides factual plot evidence, the analysis supplies high-tension scenes such as HP1, HP2, and HP3, and the plan defines positioning, pacing, and selling points.
• Workflow: extract the protagonist, core conflict, relationships, key events, and world rules; lock in three high-tension scenes; design nonlinear or high-conflict openings; then generate exactly episodes 1, 2, and 3 for each plan.
• Output: each episode includes synopsis, core content, beat table, and ending hook. Beat fields cover summary, objective, function, commercial tags, visual focus, evidence, and source reference, making it easier for directors, storyboard artists, and producers to break down.
• Constraints: final output is strict JSON only, with no Markdown, explanations, code blocks, or extra fields; it does not invent high-tension scenes or extend beyond episode 3.

Boundaries

It fits early-stage short-drama development, script structuring, and selling-point extraction, especially when long material needs to become shootable beats. It is not a full screenwriting system, storyboard generator, or production pipeline. The input should contain traceable novel facts, analysis labels, and adaptation sources; otherwise evidence fields become weaker.
