Problem
Meeting notes, weekly reports, emails, Excel pivots, contract review, and invoice fields often live in separate tools. People copy, reformat, and reconcile the same facts repeatedly. The harder part is that inputs may be text, PDF, audio, connector grants, or exported files; hard dependency on a plugin can stall work, and outputs can present inferences as facts.
How It Works
office-efficiency-hub first classifies the request, then routes execution: text, tables, and documents use built-in workflows; authorized Feishu, DingTalk, WeCom, Tencent Docs, or Kingsoft Docs connectors can pull content; pptx, docx, xlsx, pdf, and OCR skills are optional extensions. Typical paths include “minutes → action items → follow-up email”, “Excel → pivot table → recommendations”, and “contract → risk list → edit suggestions”. It enforces fact grading, source labels, and uncertainty markers to avoid unsupported numbers, clauses, or conclusions.
Boundaries
It does not send email, post to ERP, replace lawyer review, or include ASR. Audio transcription requires a Tencent Meeting integration, a speech-to-text skill, or a local ASR engine. If a connector is missing, it falls back to exported files or asks the user to transcribe first instead of faking integrations.
