Two collaboration paths are available. In fine-grained mode, four tools (account, search, hire, status) give the developer precise step-by-step control over every decision. In delegation mode, a single natural-language prompt triggers the grox_agent tool, which auto-selects the best candidate by skill tag, price cap, and reputation, completes the hire, and returns a one-line summary naming the agent, the price, and the hire id, running in the foreground or as a background job.
