Introduction

The DSH plugin “Yingsheng · Quick Input” provides a 3×3 grid of quick phrases on the left side of the input box. The panel is always visible and matches the input box height. Clicking a cell inserts the preset text at the cursor position.

Core Features

  • Persistent layout: The panel remains on the left side of the input box by default and matches its height.
  • 3×3 grid design: 3×3 layout, up to 12 pages. Text in cells is 11px and limited to two lines.
  • Adaptive width: The plugin measures the space to the left of the input box, and the panel width is set to “space − 8px”, within the range of 120 to 232 px. If the space on the left is less than 120 px, the panel falls back to a floating layer above the input box.
  • Chinese/English switching: UI copy follows DSH’s language settings.
  • Editable presets: You can enter editing mode by right-clicking or using the panel control bar to modify preset content.

Installation and Activation

Install from the plugin marketplace (after publication):

DSH left sidebar → Plugins → Add Plugin → enter dsh-quick-input.

Install from local files (when developing/unpublished):

  1. DSH left sidebar → Plugins → Add Plugin
  2. Paste the absolute path (the entire folder, not the file name):
   C:\Users\mac\Downloads\应声插件
  1. Install → Enable Now → return to the chat page and refresh the page

After installation, ⊞ appears at the far left of the input box toolbar.

Typical Usage

  • Expand/collapse the panel: Click ⊞
  • Insert text: Click a cell; the text is inserted at the draft cursor position (undoable). The panel stays open, so you can click consecutively
  • Change pages: Use ‹ ›
  • View page name: The middle of the bottom control bar shows the current page name
  • Modify presets: Click ✎ or right-click a cell to enter editing mode; clicking an empty cell creates a new one

Preset File Location

The preset file is located at:

C:\Users\mac\.dsh\quick-input\presets.json

On first use, two built-in sample pages (Common / Code) are written. Any changes made in the UI are saved to this file, so they are not lost when refreshing the page or switching browsers.

Notes and Limitations

  • Restart requirement: After modifying client.js or index.js, restart DSH for changes to take effect.
  • Keyboard conflicts: The panel does not capture keyboard input, so Esc and number keys remain unaffected.
  • Insertion limit: If a message is being sent or the draft version has just changed, the insertion may be rejected. Wait a moment and retry.
  • Restore defaults: Delete the C:\Users\mac\.dsh\quick-input\presets.json file and refresh the page to restore the initial presets.
