Introduction

DeepSeek Harness (DSH) uses a plugin-based architecture. When users or developers want to change the visual style of the Web client or add interactive components without modifying the source code, they can accomplish this by installing theme plugins. This plugin provides a complete visual replacement solution and a set of interactive components.

Plugin Positioning

This is a DSH Web client theme plugin named “Kamisato Ayaka · Ice Theme + Desktop Pet,” maintained by l-vM2k and released under the MIT open-source license.

Core Features

The plugin mainly includes the following features:

  1. Character Art Display: A semi-transparent standing illustration of Kamisato Ayaka is displayed on the right side of the screen.
  2. Interactive Desktop Pet: A chibi-style mini head of Ayaka rests at the upper right corner of the chat input box. Clicking this area triggers synchronized audio and text bubbles.
  3. Ambient Effects: Cherry blossom petals and snowflakes of varying sizes fall sparsely in the background.
  4. Theme Color Scheme: The UI uses an ice-blue color scheme and supports both light and dark modes.

Installation and Activation

The installation command is as follows:

dsh plugin --profile web add github:l-vm2k/dsh-ayaka-theme

After installation, start the Web client to activate the plugin:

dsh --profile web

Plugin Structure

The plugin follows the DSH Bundle standard and includes the following key files and configurations:

  • package.json: Declares the bundle and client layers.
  • cordis.patch.yml: Defines the mount points.
  • assets/: Stores image and audio resources.
  • src/: Contains Node-layer and browser-layer logic.

Key Configuration Notes

In package.json, the dsh field is used to distinguish the bundle and client layers:
* dsh.bundle.patch: Points to cordis.patch.yml and is used to identify the bundle type.
* dsh.client: Declares the browser-side plugin, injects dependencies, and executes immediately.

In cordis.patch.yml, a single insert operation is used:

- insert:
    - id: ui-ayaka-theme
      name: '@l-vm2k/dsh-ayaka-theme'

This configuration triggers two actions simultaneously: mounting the Node layer (registering routes) and discovering the Client layer.

Notes

Before using this plugin, make sure the current theme of the DSH Web process is dark mode. If light mode is used, the interface may appear white due to color scheme conflicts.
