DeepSeek Harness (DSH) emphasizes modularity and a plugin-based architecture. In agent development or debugging, we often accumulate valuable conversation records or project context in Codex, Claude Code CLI, or Claude Code Desktop. If DSH can directly take over these sessions, it can avoid duplicate input or loss of context. The dsh-assembly.resume plugin is responsible for migrating local Codex or Claude sessions into a DSH Agent for continued processing.
Plugin Overview¶
- Name:
dsh-assembly.resume - Maintainer: kanchengw
- Core Value: Imports existing Codex or Claude Code sessions into DSH to continue running in the DSH Agent environment.
Core Capabilities¶
-
Session Discovery and Grouping
The plugin scans local Codex, Claude Code CLI, and Claude Code Desktop sessions, and groups them by original project. This makes it easier to quickly locate target sessions among a large number of records. -
Session Import
During import, the plugin includes not only visible message records but also tool activity. This allows DSH to obtain more complete context information. -
Workspace Management
The plugin automatically registers the source directory as a DSH Workspace. If the original path no longer exists or the original session was not bound to a Workspace, a new Workspace can be specified during import; otherwise, the imported session remains unbound, and the original directory will not be recreated.
Installation and Activation¶
- Install the dependency package:
npm install dsh-assembly.resume
- Add the plugin to the specified DSH Profile (for example, web):
dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-assembly.resume
- Start DSH:
dsh web
- Configure in the UI:
Open Settings > Plugins, find the Session Resume plugin, and select the corresponding provider and session to import.
Environment and Dependencies¶
- DSH Compatible Version: 0.1.7-rc.2
- Node Engine: >=22.19.0
- Packages: dsh-assembly.core ^0.1.2
- License: MIT
