Introduction

DSH (DeepSeek Harness) uses a plugin-based architecture, allowing users to extend functionality according to their needs. For users with a Qoder subscription, connecting to DSH through a community plugin is a common requirement. The dsh-provider-qoder plugin is designed to address this integration issue by mapping Qoder’s API capabilities into DSH workflows through the standard DSH plugin mechanism.

What It Is

This is a community-maintained DSH Provider plugin for connecting to the Qoder subscription service. It was developed by user mo-n and is released under the MIT License. The plugin itself is not officially affiliated with Qoder or DeepSeek; it only handles authentication and model communication, while tasks such as tool execution, workspace operations, and permission management are handled by the DSH platform.

Core Features

  • Subscription access: Configure access using a Qoder Personal Access Token (PAT).
  • Multi-region support: Supports the Global (global) and China (china) service regions.
  • Model management: Automatically pulls available models for the account, supports enabling them on demand, and displays pricing multipliers and reasoning effort options.
  • Capability extension: Supports multimodal, web search, and tool calling.
  • Status view: View account information, quotas, and reset dates on the settings page.

Installation and Enablement

Before installing, ensure that the DSH version meets the requirement (>=0.1.7-rc.2) and that the currently running DSH Profile provides a managed credentials service (when configuring through the settings page, the credentials storage must be writable).

The installation command is as follows:

dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-provider-qoder

Typical Usage

After installation, configure through the DSH Web interface.

  1. Save credentials
Open DSH Web, go to Settings → Models, find the Qoder Credentials card at the bottom of the page, and click Edit.

In the dialog panel, select the service region that matches your account, enter the Qoder Personal Access Token into the API Key input field, and click Save. After saving, the plugin automatically retrieves the list of models supported by the account.

  2. View and manage
Go to Settings → Qoder to view account balance, quotas, and reset date, configure the web search policy, and adjust the list of enabled models.

Notes

  • The plugin only handles authentication and model communication; other features are taken over by the DSH core/plugin stack.
  • This is a community adapter plugin and has no official affiliation with Qoder or DeepSeek.
  • When reporting issues, do not submit your PAT, short-lived tokens, or personal privacy information.

Conclusion

By following the steps above, you can use a Qoder subscription for model inference in DSH. Plugin address: GitHub.
