Introduction¶
The core idea of DeepSeek Harness (DSH) is “everything is a plugin.” When developing agents or workflows, accessing hot topics across the web is a common requirement. Manually connecting multiple data sources or maintaining scrapers is costly. xby-hot-news is a trending-topic aggregation service based on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), designed to provide DSH with a one-stop capability for retrieving web-wide trending topics.
Installation and Configuration¶
Installing this plugin requires the DSH command-line tool.
1、Run the following command to install it:
dsh plugin --profile web add github:xby_skill/xby-hot-news
2、Before use, register on the xby official website and obtain an API key. In the chat, call the set_xby_apikey command to set the key. The key is automatically persisted and remains valid after restarting the DSH process.
