Overview¶
The design philosophy of DeepSeek Harness is “everything is a plugin.” As the community plugin ecosystem grows richer, developers need to search for plugins across multiple channels and handle updates and compatibility issues after installation. Manual management is both inefficient and error-prone.
dsh-community-plugins provides a natively integrated community plugin manager. It unifies plugin discovery, installation, updating, and management in the DeepSeek Harness settings interface, simplifying plugin operations.
Core Features¶
Plugin Discovery
On the discovery page, you can search by name, author, or feature keywords. It supports browsing by category and provides a “verified plugins only” filter to help locate trusted resources quickly.
Flexible Sorting
The list supports sorting by recommendation, recent update, or star count, making it easier to quickly find highly active plugins or those that meet your needs.
Smooth Browsing
The interface uses a card-based layout, with the search box and category filter bar fixed at the top. The list supports automatic loading, allowing you to browse a large number of plugins without frequent page navigation.
Centralized Management
After installing plugins, you can manage them uniformly on the “Installed” page. It supports installing, updating, uninstalling, enabling, or disabling plugins. This page also supports search and category filtering, making bulk management convenient.
Task Progress
Installation and update operations support progress viewing. If a task fails, you can cancel or retry the task. The operation process remains clear and visible.
Compatibility and Recovery
The system checks plugin compatibility before installation. If an operation fails, it supports rollback recovery to avoid breaking the environment state.
Bilingual Interface
The interface language follows the DeepSeek Harness system settings automatically, supporting Chinese and English.
Installation and Enablement¶

Use Cases and Notes¶

* It is recommended to review the plugin source code and license (MIT) before installation.
* The dsh and pnpm environments must be installed on the system.
