DeepSeek Harness (DSH) is fundamentally a plugin-based framework. Developers usually interact with it locally through the WebUI or command line. To schedule tasks remotely, the traditional approach requires opening ports or using SSH. This plugin is built on NapCatQQ and the OneBot 11 protocol, and adds a local QQ direct-message entry point. It converts direct messages from whitelisted contacts into DSH instructions and sends the processing results back to QQ. This solves the problem of controlling a local DSH instance via a phone or remote tools when no browser is available or you do not want to open the WebUI.

What Is This

dsh-napcatqq-remote is a remote-control plugin maintained by riki-forsure. It uses NapCatQQ to convert QQ messages into OneBot 11 events and then injects them into DeepSeek Harness. The core value is that it extends the DSH control entry point from the WebUI to QQ direct messages, supporting file transfer, visual understanding, and mid-task adjustments.

Core Features

  • Whitelist-based direct-message operation: Only receives direct messages from whitelisted contacts, while group chats and the bot’s own messages are ignored.
  • File and image processing: Supports receiving and sending files, images, and emojis; the vision model can directly read image content.
  • Task follow-up and long conversations: The same contact continuously reuses the same session, and new messages sent midway serve as supplements; the session is not switched until the context is exhausted.
  • Command system: Provides commands such as /新任务, /历史, and /切换 for managing sessions and restoring history.
  • Multi-user isolation: Different contacts have independent sessions, contexts, attachment directories, and sequential queues.
  • Multi-version compatibility: Compatible with multiple DSH preview versions, supporting optional dependencies and runtime fallback.
  • Custom tone: Supports configuring reply tone templates for specific contacts.
  • Restart recovery: Preserves contact-session mappings so conversations can continue after a restart.

Installation and Enabling

  1. Ensure DeepSeek Harness and NapCatQQ are installed.
  2. Clone the plugin repository:
    git clone https://github.com/riki-forsure/dsh-napcatqq-remote.git
    cd dsh-napcatqq-remote
    pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
  1. Start the WebUI (or the corresponding service) in DSH to load the plugin.

Typical Usage

  • Check status: Send /状态 or /status to view connection, whitelist, and configuration.
  • New task: Send /新任务 or /new to unbind the current session mapping; the next message starts a new conversation.
  • View history: Send /历史 or /history to view the contact’s last 10 conversation segments.
  • Restore history: Send /切换 2 or /switch 2 to restore the second historical conversation; or use a full session ID for precise restoration.
  • Daily interaction: Directly send files or images, and DSH will automatically process and reply.

Use Cases and Notes

  • Applicable scenarios: Suitable for scenarios where you need to control a local DSH instance from a remote server or a computer at home and want to operate it using QQ on your phone.
  • Notes:
    • The plugin runs with the permissions of the current DSH process; review the source code and license before installation.
    • DSH and NapCatQQ must be running at the same time.
    • After modifying configuration or tone files, DSH must be restarted for changes to take effect.
    • Emoji recognition requires NapCat to provide real image data or a local cache; otherwise, only the IDs are visible.
    • Tokens, QQ numbers, and chat logs are local data and should not be committed.

This plugin converts QQ direct messages into DSH’s control flow via the OneBot 11 protocol. It provides not only remote-control capability but also solves practical issues such as multi-session isolation and file transfer. For more details, see the project homepage.
