DeepSeek Harness (DSH) follows a plugin-centric architecture. starwish-ai/xingyuan-dsh is a plugin bundle that includes an Agent Preset for managing wishes and habits. It integrates into the DSH session view, providing a unified interface for task management, progress tracking, and memory management.
Core Features¶
- Conversation-driven creation: Create wishes or tasks through natural language. The system automatically performs deduplication checks to avoid duplicate creation.
- Opportunity-day check-ins: Supports periodic task check-ins, makeup check-ins, cancellation of check-ins, and pre-selection for future dates. Progress is updated automatically.
- Commitment-based progress: Only “claimed” tasks count toward progress. The completion condition is “all committed tasks are completed and there are no unclaimed tasks.” If completed tasks exist but unclaimed tasks remain, the status stays as “awaiting wrap-up,” waiting for the user to decide whether to claim and continue or delete them.
- Micro-action breakdown: Breaks down goals that feel overwhelming into 3 to 7 small steps, guiding the user to complete or skip them one by one.
- Growth system: Includes a level system (Lv.1–Lv.10), consecutive-check-in bonuses, and statistics cards. It automatically generates bar charts for the most recent 30 days.
- Session view page: Provides six tabs: Today, Wishes, Tasks, Calendar, Growth, and Memory. Buttons on the page can directly trigger operation APIs.
- Memory management: Supports automatic injection of important memories into the context (with a configurable limit), and supports creating, deleting, updating, querying memories, and one-click clearing.
- Statistics charts: Includes 15 built-in statistics charts, automatically rendered as cards.
- Equivalent operations: The page and conversation have the same operation permissions. In the conversation, users can perform check-ins, claim tasks, delete items, rename categories, and other operations, with results consistent with the page display. The “write-operation secondary confirmation” exception in the security policy can only be adjusted through the settings page.
- Security confirmation: Write-operation secondary confirmation is refined by category (create, check-in, cancel check-in, claim, modify, save memory). Deletion operations always require confirmation and cannot be disabled.
- Theme adaptation: Supports light and dark themes and follows the application settings.
Installation & Activation¶
- Install the plugin:
Run the following command in the terminal to install the plugin:
dsh plugin --profile web add @starwish-ai/xingyuan-dsh
- Environment requirements:
- The host DeepSeek Harness version must be
0.1.7-rc.1or0.2.0-rc.1. - The plugin version must be

- Enable the preset:
After launching the Web GUI, select the “Xingyuan” preset session in the Agent selector. The plugin will be mounted and take effect in this session.
Data & Configuration¶
- Business data: Stored in the local SQLite file
~/.dsh/xingyuan/xingyuan.sqlite. Uninstalling or upgrading the plugin will not cause data loss. To back up, just copy that directory. - Settings preferences: Settings are stored in the host Profile configuration file
~/.dsh/profiles/<profile>/cordis.patch.yml, not in the plugin directory. When restoring on a new machine, this configuration file must also be copied. - Scope of effect: The plugin is only mounted on sessions where the “Xingyuan” preset is selected, and does not affect other sessions.
Limitations & Notes¶
The plugin supports light and dark theme adaptation. All business logic and UI interactions run within the DSH process permission scope.
